Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in APCYS 5.0, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

Eligibility

Participation is open to youth, cooperators, innovators, and changemakers across Asia-Pacific. Registrants must provide accurate information during sign-up.

Event Participation

• Sessions include plenaries, workshops, hack dialogues, and competitions.
• Organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, speakers, or activities.
• Participants are expected to uphold cooperative values and respectful conduct.

Intellectual Property

• Materials shared during the summit (presentations, toolkits, recordings) remain the property of their authors.
• By pitching or showcasing innovations, participants grant organizers limited rights to display content for promotional purposes.

Liability

• Organizers are not liable for travel, accommodation, or personal expenses.
• Participation is at your own risk; field visits and activities require adherence to safety guidelines.

Termination

Organizers may revoke participation for misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of cooperative principles.
